GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact times or the info above for exact times.
PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open 2 hours before the scheduled show time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking. Get parking upgrades HERE.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
The drop-off areas are located at the north entrance down by the guard shack. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show or you won’t be able to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot.
BOX OFFICE
Open on show days starting at 1pm. The box office is cashless and only accepts credit or debit cards. If you'd like to purchase tickets, click HERE.
WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.
BAG POLICY
Only small clutches, wristlets or fanny packs no bigger than 6" x 9" OR clear plastic bags no bigger than 12" x 6" x 12" will be allowed inside the venue.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

Are you the responsible fan tonight? Our concessionaire offers a free fountain soda to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit Guest Services on the north plaza to pick up a voucher.
