Arrival & Accessible entrances
The main entrances to Isleta Amphitheater are accessible. If you require an accessible entrance, please use the accessible lane designated by signage near the Fast Lane. Upper & Lower ADA parking is available on a first come first serve basis. ADA pickup is located underneath the guitar and at the end of the night in the lower North Plaza. We have courtesy carts running for the duration of the show to transport guests to and from the lower accessible entrance. The cart pick up location is located at the top by the guitar.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located at the main entrance and in the plazas. All venue restrooms are accessible and have accessible stalls.
Ticketing
Accessible tickets can be purchased online via www.isletaamp.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the Accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets. If you are having trouble carting accessible tickets, please contact Ticketmaster for support.
Accessible Parking
Accessible Parking is located outside the main entrances by the guitar near the soccer fields and in the lower level lot.
Upon arrival on event day, inform parking staff that you need accessible parking. A visible state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot. Guests needing assistance who do not have a placard will need to use general parking. Accessible parking is subject to availability and first come, first served. Isleta Amphitheater honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9'x18' parking space without impeding the people on either side of the vehicle. Oversized vehicles with a parking placard will not be allowed to park in an accessible parking space. To ensure you can park as close as possible, we recommend arriving when the parking gates open.
Medication needs
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in it's original packaging. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so we can ensure proper medical disposal.
Concessions
The main concession stands are accessible with lowered counters, and some of the bars offer lowered counters as well. Staff is always happy to assist wherever help is needed!
Lawn Deck
For guests with accommodation needs that have lawn tickets, we have an accessible lawn deck available located on the lower right side of the lawn when facing the stage! In general, the venue does not allow wheelchairs on the lawn for safety purposes due to the steepness of the hill.
Dietary Needs
Isleta Amphitheater takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests
Service Animals
At Isleta Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.
Sign Language Interpretation
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to isletaampinfo@livenation.com or call (505) 452-5100 at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up, we will be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in Isleta Amphitheater is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. Guests can visit Apple & Google to download the app.
If you do not wish to use your device, please contact our venue office at (505) 452-5100 prior to the event to arrange for a device (please give us at least 2 days notice.) If you are looking for a device on day of event please see a Guest Services member. We only have a limited amount of devices and cannot reserve them.
Clear Bag Policy:
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”).
Any bag, clutch, or fanny pack larger than 6" x 9" will NOT be allowed into the venue unless it is clear. The maximum size clear bag allowed is 12"x12"x6" (roughly the size of a backpack). Staff will be stationed at the gates to ensure bags meet these size requirements. Any bag deemed too big must be returned to your vehicle. See below for more information on the venue's clear bag policy.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

General Parking Guidelines
- General Parking - For most shows, general parking is included in the price of your ticket. The parking lots typically open 2 hours prior to the stated show time.
- Accessible Parking - Accessible Parking is located in the southwest corner of the upper parking lot or in the lower level lot (very limited.)
- Motorcycle Parking - Motorcycles can park in the upper parking lot in the southwest corner. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.
- Premier Parking - Can be purchased on our upgrades page or at the entrance to the Premier Parking lot. Premier Parking can only be purchased with credit card - cash is not accepted.
- VIP Parking - Located in the lower lot by the VIP entrance. Limited overflow parking is available in the main level lot. Season ticket holders must have parking credentials displayed.
TAILGATING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENUE PARKING LOTS. Fans will be ticketed if caught tailgating in any of the venue parking lots.
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event, or after, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory-sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size. Refillable plastic water bottles are permitted.* Camelbaks are permitted, but must be empty upon arrival.
You can refill your water bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated!
Water fountains are located near the north and south plaza bathrooms.

The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes by our box office. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.
Yes! Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
Live music is for everyone! All of our events are All Ages. Children 11 months and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap.
Yes, as long as they are no larger than 12” x 12”. Signs larger 12” x 12” are not permitted due to the potential to block other guests’ view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not a distraction to the artists.

We do! All Lost & Found items will be turned into our Guest Service booth (north plaza) the night of show. If additional items are found during the cleaning process, they will be turned into our administrative offices. All Lost & Found items will be held at the venue for 30 days until items are retrieved.
Lost & Found will be open Monday – Friday between the hours of 11am – 3pm. Please call ahead and we will gladly check to see if we have your item. You can reach us at 505-452-5100.
Re-entry is not permitted at Isleta Amphitheater. Please ensure that everything you need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
First Aid is located in the north plaza in our first aid building. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assists with any issue you encounter. We have ambulance on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed.
If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please go to the north plaza at security and our medical staff will assist you.

Isleta Amphitheater does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show, an option would be to contact our Premium Seating department at 505-452-5103. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate parties larger than the standard ticket limit.
